Namaskar and hello friends!! I am Prithwiraj, your host for another edition of Indian DX Report here on KBS Listener' Lounge and today I would like to start with some information on forthcoming Rallye DX-2013, an interesting global DX contest organised by DX Club of Reunion Island or Club DX de La Réunion.


The DX Club of Reunion Island, which was formed in 1981, was organizing this DX contest locally since 1992 but first global version of Rallye DX was organised in 2012 and the 2013  version of the "Rallye-DX" will start from Friday 15th November 2013 at 0000 hour UTC and will run till Sunday 17th November 2013 at 2400 hour UTC. For these 72 hours, Dxers from around the world are invited to listen listen as much shortwave radio stations as they can and realizing maximum reception reports possible. DXer with maximum number of accurate reception reports and stations heard, will be awarded the winner's prize.  
For this contest all reception reports must have the following details:- 

1. Listening period must be of minimum 15 minutes and should include maximum details of the program listened. 
2. Please specify the name of the radio station, language, date, Time in UTC, the frequencies used and the reception code in SINPO.
3. One reception report is authorized by one radio station per day, you can mention all frequencies heard.
4. You can also listen this same station on following days on other frequencies and time and can report.
5. Reception reports for Time Signal radio station, military radio station, weather radio station are not authorized. 
6. The number of reception reports is not limited.

FROM today the B13 Winter shortwave broadcast schedule is in effect and here are some quick frequency updates of few stations I have received till now:- 

Popular DX program of Adventist World Radio Wavescan, in which Indian DX Report also features, can be heard on Sundays between 1530 to 1600 UTC on 11750 kHz, 1600 to 1630 UTC on 15660 kHz and 15215 kHz, between 2230 to 2300 UTC on 15320 kHz and finally between 2330 to 2400 UTC on 17700 kHz.  


Radio Romania International in English can be heard in Indian subcontinent between 0400 to 0500 UTC on 11710 kHz and 13730 kHz and in Japan between 2300 to 2400 hour UTC on 7395 kHz and 9620 kHz. 


Radio Deutsche Welle in Urdu can be heard between 1430 to 1500 hour UTC on 9440, 15275, 15640 and 17800 kHz in Indian Subcontinent and although DW has cancelled all its English language transmission for this region, but still DW lovers in this part of the world can tune into DW English targeting African continent between 1900 to 1930 UTC on 11800, 12070, 15275 kHz, between 1930 to 2000 hour UTC on 11800 and 15275 kHz, between 2000 to 2100 UTC and 2100 to 2200 UTC on 9800, 11800 and 12070 kHz.
